Our scratch kitchen prepares all our chef-crafted recipes using fresh meats and seafood, fresh produce and herbs, and avocado oil exclusively. There is no butter and no wheat flour in our kitchen, only the items on our Kitchen Ingredients list. Our food is made with some mindful substitutions to reduce fat, carbohydrates, and calories without sacrificing flavor or portion size. It's not magic, but it may seem like it. Infact, our portions are so sizeable that all of our entrees weigh between 1lb- 1.5lbs and are each under 750 calories. You can see the food being prepared and packaged in fully compostable containers in our restaurant style kitchen, just look through the glass window. Every dish is made fresh on-site and ready for easy Carryout in minutes, or Delivery, to reheat in its own container in either the microwave or oven (up to 400 degrees). As an added bonus, because most of our food requires some reheating, and is not considered "Ready to Eat", there is no sales tax. And we have no servers, so you dont feel obligated to leave a tip.
