This isn’t another meal prep spot, this is true restaurant quality freshly made meals and they don’t skimp on portions! The owner is a gem and she takes pride in the quality of their ingredients which is a big deal these days - while other places are skimping on quality, EAT THIS makes sure to source the best quality. I’ve had the meatloaf and steak tacos, both phenomenal. So much flavor and again with these portions I’m fully satisfied from the meals. But the desserts…. loooove the cheesecakes they are a must try! And my kiddo is hooked on the banana bread ❤️ This is a hidden gem in our area. So happy to have such a great quality spot in Woodlands/Spring!

I have had a few meals here and they have all been great. This meatloaf is my favorite one. You can really taste the quality in their food. The prices are the same , if not cheaper than fast food so it’s really a no brainer to come here for lunch. The portion sizes are more than enough with very high protein. The staff is friendly and it’s always very clean. You can also see the kitchen from the front, which is also very clean. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the business and wanting to give the community a healthier option on the go. I strongly recommend this place!

I travel for work and I can’t eat fast food due to gastric pain. Eat This has nutritional food that tastes delicious! I love their food and desserts. They also have a great variety of juice.
