Over the past two months, we have consistently purchased and consumed all our meals from Eat This. The outcomes have been remarkable. My wife’s blood work results have been favorable, with her T3 and T4 levels approaching normalcy. This achievement has been a substantial triumph for our family. Our consumption has been limited to Eat This meal prep and the accompanying meals. Beyond the positive impact on our family’s health, the convenience and quality of the meals have been exceptional.

It may look unassuming from the outside, but this little shopfront is a healthy Eatery packed full of meals that are outstanding in flavor, made with seedless oils, all gluten-free and absolutely delightful! A couple who started this have an autoimmune disease and coeliac disease and have poured their heart into the food that is produced here. Each meal is prepared in an environmentally friendly container, which is great, however what’s most important is the flavor! Definitely try the meatloaf and cauliflower-potato mash and the chicken teriyaki with cauliflower rice. They make all of their food fresh DAILY, as well as make their sauces with no seed oils and all gluten-free! So so so good! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Absolute winner for a family dinner! Picked up the steak fajita family package and it was incredible. The food was so flavorful and tasted amazing, but the best part is that It was the perfect amount for two couples, and we still have leftovers for tomorrow! If you're looking for a guilt-free, delicious meal that actually feeds a crowd, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
