I have had a few meals here and they have all been great. This meatloaf is my favorite one. You can really taste the quality in their food. The prices are the same , if not cheaper than fast food so it’s really a no brainer to come here for lunch. The portion sizes are more than enough with very high protein. The staff is friendly and it’s always very clean. You can also see the kitchen from the front, which is also very clean. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in the business and wanting to give the community a healthier option on the go. I strongly recommend this place!

I travel for work and I can’t eat fast food due to gastric pain. Eat This has nutritional food that tastes delicious! I love their food and desserts. They also have a great variety of juice.

This is a great spot with amazing, well made food, that is both good for your body and peace of mind. I love their use of great ingredients, and well thought out meals. All that I have had so far has been delicious. The black tea is so good with the berry flavors, I highly recommend it. The Deliveries come in very well made containers labeled with all the nutritional information as well as re-heat instructions. The service is above and beyond, the staff is very kind, and the deliveries always arrive fresh. You definitely need to go check it out, but I bet you'll choose to be a regular. Cheers!!!
